Loom is one of my premier tools. I've used it for a variety of things, with the most use in the category of teaching and training. It's perfect when someone doesn't understand and can just take a quick screen share and it's incredibly easy to use. It's also amazing for transcription and hosting important videos, which I do regularly to the tune of now 500+.
The free plan allows you up to 25 videos up to 5 minutes. The $10 Plan is way generous and I would recommend upgrading to have more videos in total. While several videos won't be more than 5 minutes, you'll find it really easy to get over 25. *Must contact Loom for higher level plans.
There is also a Chrome Extension that should be downloaded with Loom, and when you sign up it will take you through the process. Loom works best with the Google Chrome browser.
